OPTIONS TO AVOID FORECLOSURE If you have an existing mortgage loan with The Money Brokers, Inc. and are unable to make your monthly payments, there may be options for you to avoid losing your property in foreclosure. Such options may include refinancing your home, selling it, restructuring your loan to lower your monthly payments, or a catch-up plan. These are only some of the options that might be available, if you qualify. To find out what options, if any, might be available to you under your specific circumstances, you should contact The Money Brokers loan servicing department at (916) 481-3333 or 1(800) 479-4444 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, or by writing to The Money Brokers, Inc., 2371 El Camino Ave., Sacramento, CA 95821, Attn: Loan Servicing Department. We will make every effort to schedule a meeting at your convenience, either by telephone or in person, to discuss your account and explore your options. Be prepared to provide specific details about your financial situation, including current income and employment information, copies of pay stubs, tax returns and bank statements.
