OPTIONS TO AVOID FORECLOSURE

    If you have an existing mortgage loan with The Money Brokers, Inc. and are unable to make your monthly payments, there may be options for you to avoid losing your property in foreclosure.  Such options may include refinancing your home, selling it, restructuring your loan to lower your monthly payments, or a catch-up plan. These are only some of the options that might be available, if you qualify.

    Be prepared to provide specific details about your financial situation, including current income and employment information, copies of pay stubs, tax returns and bank statements.  If your home is listed for sale, please provide a copy of your listing agreement and/or written purchase offer(s).  If you have recently had your home appraised, please provide a copy of your appraisal.
